Born in France, Alex was a regular yoga practitioner for about 2 years before he came across a very unusual style of yoga, taught by an unconventional teacher. This yoga was Japanese yoga, also called Zen yoga or yoga therapy. He was fascinated how this style could change your body, mind and spirit within one class.
He has had a lengthy 2 year training in yoga therapy and shiatsu and some additional studies with world wide experts.

Japanese Yoga Teacher & Shiatsu Therapist

Kate found yoga in her teen years when the local swami dressed head to toe in orange visited the school to teach. Always having enjoyed many sports she found yoga a welcome reprieve from the constant stresses placed on my body and mind. In her mid-twenties she discovered it again at her local yoga school in Newtown, while studying. It was here she found the pleasure of her mind becoming still through the practice of asana, and later meditation. After having her children, she discovered yoga as a home practice and it quicky became part of her daily routine. It was here that she discovered the life changing practices of pranayama, Ayurveda and yogic philosophy.
