Sans Souci Physiotherapy Centre have a team of experts that offer premium health care physiotherapy products and services. We have a special interest in the treatment of Men’s and Women’s health issues including pre and post-operative incontinence, erectile dysfunction. Our treatments are highly individualised, one on one and evidenced based.


Our Team

Annette has been invited by a number of Sydney based Urological surgeons to present and educate local doctors on pelvic floor pre-habilitation in addition to being a co-organiser of a local initiative that aimed at educating more than 200 community members on the current developments in prostate cancer treatment and recovery.

In the last 15 years, she has been practicing dry needling / acupuncture in conjunction with physiotherapy treatment with great clinical effectiveness.

Vanessa completed her Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 2019. She is an accredited Pilates Instructor and Exercise Physiologist.

Janette grew up in Sydney and graduated as a Physiotherapist from Sydney University in 1996. She has over 15 years experience in Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy.

She is well experienced in pelvic floor education & rehabilitation for perineum trauma, pain syndrome, organ prolapse, overactive bladder as well as incontinence and antenatal classes.

Megan has been a professional Pilates instructor for nearly two decades. She holds multiple certifications, and has owned and worked in various types of studios. Her passion remains with rehabilitation and personal instruction.

Born in France, Alex was a regular yoga practitioner for about 2 years before he came across a very unusual style of yoga, taught by an unconventional teacher. This yoga was Japanese yoga, also called Zen yoga or yoga therapy. He was fascinated how this style could change your body, mind and spirit within one class.
He has had a lengthy 2 year training in yoga therapy and shiatsu and some additional studies with world wide experts.
